INFANT TWO

Our Infant Two room was created when we saw the need to provide different activities while maintaining the safety of the infant ratios and regulations. The infants in this room are walking steadily, eating table food, begin taking one nap a day and begin the transition from a crib to a cot), transition from a highchair to the table, get to attend daily gym, outside play in the infant/toddler playground, begin fine motor skills and grow into Toddlers!

Developing this classroom has really enhanced our infants in social, emotional and cognitive growth areas.

Important to note:
* Infant Two children have time in our gym and outdoors in our fenced in playground for large motor skill
development.

* Our Infant Two babies begin to learn to hold utensils, to parallel play, move from a crib to a cot, and from a high chair to a table and chair setting.....all while maintaining the same safety and care of an Infant classroom!

Our changing table procedures follow four layers of protection for both the child and the teacher.  We utilize roll paper, wear gloves, spray the table when finished and hand wash promptly between every diaper change!
